Due to a brief and unexpected issue with the application software for the FY2025–26 AHP Program, the OHCD is extending the original application deadline of July 7, 2025, at 4:30 PM HST. 

The new application deadline is July 9, 2025, at 4:30 PM HST

All applications must be received by the new deadline. Applications submitted after this time will not be considered eligible.

NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY: FY2025-26 AFFORDABLE HOUSING PRODUCTION PROGRAM 

The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) will open the Request for Proposals (RFP) for FY2025-26 AHP funding round on May 5, 2025. Eligible applicants include non-profit and for-profit organizations, public agencies, and community land trusts. Proposals must align with the objectives of the AHP Program and comply with the Administrative Rules.

All proposals must be submitted electronically through the designated online application portal available at www.hawaiicounty.gov/ahp. The application portal will open on May 5, 2025, and close on July 7, 2025, at 4:30 PM HST.
